We are at our shop between 8:00am and 4:30pm EST each weekday. Calls to us outside our business hours will be answered by our message system. We will return all calls ASAP.

Placing Your Order The Online order form is to insure the accuracy of your personalized crock. Please be sure to fill out the entire form. Orders on custom crocks are filled as they are received, usually within 1-3 business days. If you choose, you may place your order by mail. Print out our form and send it to us with your payment. A phone number will allow us to reach you if we have questions.

Phone orders may be placed between 8:00am and 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

Payment Methods Burley Personalized crocks accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All prices are displayed and charged in USD currency. We will also accept pre-payment orders by check or money order.

(There will be a $30.00 charge on any returned checks.)

Shipping Rates & Policies. Most of our orders are shipped via UPS.

Please note that all delivery times refer to business days and do not include weekends.

Shipping Charges are per order charges. and based on shipping to a commercial address.

$3.00 additional will be charged if drop shipped to a Customers residence. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.

Returns Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally. If we should happen to make an error in your order, we will replace your sign. We are a small company and we take pride in our product.

Each order placed with us is unique and individual, therefore, unless an item needs to be replaced due to defective workmanship, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

We will replace any order that has been damaged while in route to you.
